I suspect that all the DLC's for xbox one are already in there. They are just unlocking it periodically ! The last one took me 2 sec to install, it was like 1 megabytes....

I think there is an update a day or so prior to dlc and it's downloaded there

The content is added via patch. Then you just unlock it.

I thought they were waiting for microsoft's approval. If it's already in there then why don't they just release it right about f.....now !
Mass Transit or whatever other Expansion I got when I paid for season pass.....
then you should read Agarwel's post above. Mass Transit will be released later in the year in a patch. it is not hidden in the game at the moment.
