Description​

First of all, I'm not quite sure how to select the DLCs I have enabled as the only way to select multiple is to select some but then all between are selected. I have TfV, DoD, WtT, MtG, LR, and NSB enabled.
I played as Netherlands and used manpower from the Dutch East Indies to make divisions. I designed a division that would use manpower from the Netherlands instead. However, when I converted the Indonesian divisions to Dutch divisions they would just get deleted and the only equipment I would get back was the extra equipment needed for the new division (For example, the Indonesian division had 9 infantry battalions and the Dutch one had 9 infantry battalions with one support artillery, so all I would get back was 12 artillery.

Steps to Reproduce​

1. Play as Netherlands.
2. Produce a colonial division from the Dutch East Indies.
3. Design a Netherlands division with different components.
4. Convert the Dutch East Indies division to the new Netherlands division.
5. It gets deleted.
6. Notice that the only equipment you got back was the difference between the divisions, you don't get the infantry equipment back for example.
