Hi there (sry for my English),

As suggested from Moderator AnrewT i open this Topic, because of that Problem out of the Tech-Support-Forum:

The Main-Problem is that ingame no Achievements (Badges) are shown or counted, only the Rank is shown (the gain Achievement-Points are only shown in the Forum-Profile, but there only as Figure).

There are at least four Persons with that Problem. So plz post if you have the same Problem or/and a Solution.

To clarify: these people have successfully registered DW or Chronicles, successfully logged into Paradox Connect, have the correct checksum. Yet in-game the Achievements screen says "to qualify for achievements you must log in with your forum credentials" or something to that effect (see above linked thread). They seem to accumulate PPs yet cannot get achievements. What's different about them I can't see, I'm assuming it's a disconnect between their forum login and the PC server.

Resetting the forum password with the button in My Games doesn't help, nor does reinstalling the game nor deleting the login files in their Achievements directory.

As i wrote in the other Topic:

Imho its a Bug, because the Rank works, the Connection to the Forum works (the Points in the Profile are instant ready shown).
The Ingame-Achievements are sorted when a new is done.

That all works, but no Badges and no Points shown ingame.

Why? Bugs are often triggered by something.

I only knew that i have done alle things i should do and the System works only partial. But I dont know why. In the other Topic there are some new People with the same Problem.

I bought DW but can't see anywhere to activate the achievements when I start the game?
I have registered for Paradox Connect and login and then launch DW. I'm running 5.1version no other patches etc.

Not sure if it matters but I've previously registered my purchases of DW and Heir to the Throne but didn't have my original EU3 key from 2-3 years ago.

When you install the 5.1 beta you cannot get achievements. The post you downloaded the beta from warns you of that quite clearly. Achievements can only be earned while running official patch versions (5.0 ATM) and valid checksums.

I've seen this issue before, but there is no solution yet I'm afraid. The developers are aware of the situation, and I have sent your thread to them as another example. I do hope it will be solved soon, but that is all I can tell you right now.

This post shows that the problem is indeed in Chronicles only. Presumably as he says either the forums or Paradox Connect don't recognise it as being EU3+DW.
