I hate his broken up all over the place kingdom. Ain't sure about this one
Now him, I like. A count all alone in a middle of a desert surrounded by a massive empire. I guess I will choose him unless you convince me otherwise.

An heir to one of the vassals of the Coptic empire?
All the original rulers died, finding an heir of his vassals borderlines impossible now....

If you will manage to resurrect empire around Greece/Anatolia with him, then I will be in surprise.

I'm not sure it's even possible, I only had survival and maybe a little bit of expansion in mind.
Valid, they just don't count for the 3 rolls limit. ie, you can choose to be a count, I just assumed you'd generally not want to.
A survivor? He may be doomed, but the dream of the resurrection of the Coptic Empire persists...

Count Przemyslaw of Darum (1089-1091)
Okay just so you know I am not a very good writer so don't expect a masterpiece here 
In 1089 Count Przemyslaw realized the absurdity of his situation. He knew he will not be independent for long and that people will die, so he had 3 simple choices.
1. Sit and do nothing until the inevitable comes
2. Offer his loyalty to the emperor of Karen in hopes of being left alone and live peacefully for the rest of his life(hopefully)
3. Make a stand before the inevitable comes. With a very slight chance that he might actually survive at the end.
Being a man of courage and strength he decided to choose option number 3. He accumulated some gold, bought some mercenaries and raised all the troops he could. Then he declared a holy war for Sinai against the emperor of Karen.

The emperor was fighting about 4 other wars at the time and wasn't able to focus on Przemyslaws army fully so he only sent little armies of 2000 or 3000 troops which were destroyed swiftly
Soon a son was born to Przemyslaw, he named him Drogomir in respect of the Coptic emperor who ruled Przemyslaws lands a very long time ago
While the war still raged on in the ancient lands of Judea, news reached the world about a start of a Viking age
In one of the battles Przemyslaw managed to capture 2 of Karen's noble men
Meanwhile, a scottish king successfully won his holy war for Andalusia
As time went on some more of Przemyslaws enemies were captured or killed
Even the emperor ran like a little girl from Przemyslaws fabled warriors.
But inevitably his time on this earth came to an end. He was stabbed in the back by some coward who wasn't man enough to face him front. The battle was still won, but without Przemyslaw to see it
Now that Przemyslaw is dead his son is the new lord. All hail Drogomir!

I hope someone will roll somebody around Scandinavia and convert them to Jewish faith, so Viking age can end.

It should be different: The end of the Viking age.
So we have Dutch Scotland-Andalusia under king Engelbrecht II and not-so-Germania as western powers. And Scotland without too much player intervention. Good luck with the end of the war, Drogomir's name alone should inspire fear in his enemies, so you have a psychological advantage besides the one of all these battles.
