Is there someplace I can go to find more details concerning Districts? And a specific question: If I make a "wrong" district, is there a way to either Delete it completely, or over write it with the proper type?

On the good news front, my little city has got a population of 7,000. Okay, I know that is nothing compared to 99% of you folks out there, but for me it makes me happy. (Especially since I got my cims up from around 38% happiness into the seventies!)

Once you are able to create districts, there are several tools in the districts menu including the ability to draw a district boundary and then, just beside that button, another to delete district boundaries.

You can also change the "type" of district from the same menu in a way somewhat similar to normal zoning.

When you click the districts tool there are seven options, Paint District, Erase District, Forestry, Agriculture, Ore, Oil, and Generic Industry. If you made a district Oil for instance, you can change it to any other specialization just by selecting that option and clicking on the district; you can also remove district specialization by using the Generic Industry option.

Hope this helps! :)
