This type of district would give the signature skyscrapers in an office or high-density commercial district. There would also be a limit of one of these zones. This would allow a player to designate a downtown district without going to custom assets.

Its a good idea for a specialization. I'd say it'd be an office specialization. Very high tax revenue but with some downsides. I'd go with employs fewer people than normal offices and only high wealth are eligible for the jobs. Also requires more services to fully upgrade. Especially leisure.

I think that's good idea !

Some downsides, yes of course to weigh the positives that come with this new specialization. But please not "employs fewer people." The current amount of people employed for Office, is ridiculously too low for the current setting in the game. I cant imagine going any lower (fewer people).

They already plan on doing just that with the new green specialization. It will employ fewer and take more energy but pay more tax.

I was thinking financial could do the same bur be limited by your high wealth population and be super profitable. Similar to tourism spec commercial.
