Hi. Any news about the 2 missing dlc to get all 2 2 content?
I would bet on late this year or mid next year
Perhaps unreasonably, I‘m hoping it’s the former. A lot of stuff appears to already be in place for Megacorp, so it might be more of a case of when is the most effective time to release it, as opposed to how quickly can it be ported/tested etc.
Personally, I’m hoping Federations is early-mid next year (or whatever else is missing). Again, I might be being completely unreasonable here, but I think they may well be working on that now rather than MC.
I do know that Paradox is trying to get consoles caught up to PC but I think there is an issue where the current gen hardware might not be 100% up to snuff
Mainly due in part that the console version of the game is seeing way more issues with stability than the PC version did
yeah around Megacorp the game started having major stability issues on PCWhat kind of stability? Because I - so far - had no problems with it. Everything is running smooth....well for a console version ( and thus still better as my potatoe)
While I hope however that we will get it rather sooner than later, I would say we will only get them in the XSX and PS5 Versions - which i do see coming as the new consoles have more power.
Wasn't MegaCorp quite hungry Hardwarewise on PC?

Hello!
The console version is already on 2.2, which is the version of Megacorps ( https://stellaris.paradoxwikis.com/Patch_2.2.X#2.2.7 ), but only the achievements of it are visible.
So the things which made the stability issues on PC (economy rehaul, pop calculations....) are already active in the console edition, only the DLC of Megacorps (and Distant Stars) itself is still to come.
HTH,
Ciao,
Steve
we likely will, given that we won't see the new consoles til "maybe" the end of this yearHardware logistics aside, I would be very surprised (and supremely disappointed) if we didn’t get Megacorp/Distant Stars for current gen.
A lot of their content is referenced in-game already so that would be a the worst kind of tease.
we don't have everything from megacorp and some of that is why pc had stability issues
things we don't have access to that are in megacorp:Hello!
Can you give an example, please?
Ciao,
Steve
I believe I remember either Paradox or Tantalus tweeting that they were going to *TRY* to catch console up to PC by the end of the year. I doubt that'll happen but I'm hoping they'll keep open communications at least so we know what's happening and aren't left with the assumption they've left consoles completely. There is currently no known date for Distant Stars or Megacorp
Most of the community is hoping for this year
And I think, key word being think, Paradox/Tantalus is trying to ensure we don't have a repeat of what happened after Utopia
But until we get something concrete from them, it is up in the air

This is false. Paradox DLC's work using an activation key (which is evidenced by the fact the DLC's are only 10MB on Xbox One) which allow the game to access the DLC content which is already installed in the base game. Before Apocalypse released Fallen Empires were able to build Colossi and there were reports of AI empires using Apocalypse civics and Titans.we don't have everything from megacorp and some of that is why pc had stability issues

The performance issues came from the new jobs system in 2.2 anyways, which is clearly already in the game.
