Distant borders relation penalty

I am using the latest beta patch.

In my Muscovy game, I recently took the decision "From Russian Nation" to become Russia.

Now every other country (including bordering nations) has a -20000 penalty with me for forming alliances.

As Sweden, the Finland that spawned during a war with Novgorod had a -5000 penalty so I had to move my capital...

I am joining this one!

I just formed Spain, with Naples still in PU. I want to try and diplo-vassal states around the Italian peninsula, and I can't. Also Austria just broke her alliance with me for no reason (+90 relationship!)

Got the same error forming Germany... My trusty allies just abandoned me.

Not a tech support issue so moved to main forum.

Try the new 1.8.1 beta which has a fix for this. If there are still issues, post details in Bug Reports please.
