I have downloaded 1.3 patch recently and althow I read about that in the change log, I got an unpleasant suprise when liberating nations in Eastern Europe after the fall of Germany ( I was playing USSR in a LAN game ). The dissent got so high and reduced IC so much that the game was not playable for me anymore. We got the 1.3a patch later that fixes the bug with the events that liberate nations, but I still think that 8.5% dissent for liberating an occupiet nation is too high. Is there a way to reduce that parametar by editing the game configuration files, and if is how to do it. I dont like to remove the 1.3 patch because it improved the game and fixed some errors. I have some experience with modding games, I know a bit about editing some features in HOI but I am not able to solve this problem. Any help will be apreciated
