Do these $500 dollar contain some sort of guaranteed uptime or support contract with a promised response time? Did you even try to contact the official paradox support instead of posting in the forum? Did you try to find out if whichever problem you have is even paradox's fault? Maybe some software on your computer broke the launcher(e.g. an antivirus deleted it) or there is some problem with the microsoft store.

Real nice, I've easily dropped over $1000 on Paradox games over the years, over $500 alone on EUIV having bought both Steam and WIndows versions. Now the windows launcher won't work for any of their games. Real nice. REAL NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get your act together and stop releasing content that adds more bugs you grubby, greedy people. I don't need to pay or have branching missions trees when you can't even get your launcher to work.

An the thing is, the launcher has never worked well for Windows Store version. It's always been buggy and had issues. You can't even launch the game now and ya'll are talking about development diaries.
