Display name of species living planets in my empire

I have 32 planets in 6 or 7 sectors and I want to find where lives my species brand new evolution that love tundra instead of water. No luck for me, in the Species tab, it only gives me the quantity of planet they live upon and the "home" button redirect me to my original home world. If I have been lucky, the Modify button (for traits) would have given me the exact planets but I can't go there as it's already an evolved species.

Now, it would be *really* nice to be able to pin point exactly the living planets in my empire for a species, as i must go into each of my planets one by one to find them.
