Do ships at least use the nearest hyperlane exit when ordered to an adjacent system now instead of going to the other side of the system to use a Hyper Relay, even when that means going directly into an enemy fleet?

I don't need to dismantle them, just the option to deactivate and mothball them.

AI needs to be capable of not building them in every single system they own, though.
EDIT: What is the point of this, for example:

If your destination is in an adjacent system they should now take whichever route is faster, so they shouldn't cross the system from right next to a hyperlane, assuming that the bypass is faster.

Longer trips do still make that assumption for performance reasons (because it's true in 95%+ cases).

Would it be possible to make trade routes use "smallest number of hyperlane jumps" instead of what seems to be "shortest total in-system euclidean distance"? The dozen-system detours when a hyper-relay is on the wrong side of a hyperlane cause all sorts of piracy issues and have me going around the galaxy forbidding systems whenever someone completes a new gateway.
