Sorry, if this is a stupid question, but I have searched the forums for a while and didn't find an answer: I tried to dismantle the HRE for the first time with Prussia, during the league wars, but it doesn't work, although I seem to fulfill all the requirements:
- I am leader of the protestant league and two electors are on my side, Bohemia and Munster.
- I have occupied the capitals of the Emperor (Austria) and all other alectors
Dismantling the HRE is not possible, because the tooltip says that Bohemia is still independent. Shouldn't they count as "not independent", when fighting against the Emperor on my side?
I then tried to work around that problem by deliberately allowed the Catholic League to occupy Prague. But even with Prague being occupied by Mainz, Bohemia still counts as "independent".
What am I doing wrong here?
