I am glad the game makes it tougher on the player to disinherit because it used to be too easy.
However, I think this feature could be expanded even more.
* If the heir did something criminal such as murdering of kin or incest they should be able to be disinherited with little to no cost. But only for those few larger crimes and if caught of course.
* Once a heir is disinherited depending on their personality, they'll react accordingly. A humble/content heir would humbly bow out and accept their superiors decision (this also gives the humble and content more draw). An ambitious/vengeful heir would have the obvious opposite affect.
* With the heirs reaction they could bring friends or favored vassals onto themselves and insight a rebellion for the crown. (only the ambitious or vengeful ones). This would make disinheriting a strategical decision and one someone would have to outweigh the cost.
