They only attack if you annex no-cores left and right.

Because its historic events that will never run, because everyone always annex the HRE as fast as possible. Hence its best to add them now.

I don't care for historic circumstances really, as they have been thrown out of the windows. How do those random leaders work? What am I supposed to dl except from the scebario file.
I don't think we should start messing with the historical events. Better to have a set standard than open up for all those small and large imporvements that can be made everywhere.

Before each session I generate leaders for the next 30 years, they will have average stat of 3. Before each session you select what kind of leaders you want a chance of getting. E.g. if I choose L5 for portugal, I will get a 50% chance for each of the 5 possible generals spawning during the next 30 years, each leader can live from 1 to 30 years. So remember some might live or even spawn in the next session. Now L5 for porto will not be realistic, I will choose L1 instead giving me a very high chance of some admirals spawning. But I might get unlcuky and none will spawn, its all up to the random leader generator that I use before each session.

You only need to download the scenario file from the first post with that is a small event file that is there to add some flavor events to the game. All you have to do, is drop "devilevent.txt" in the events folder below your db folder, and the scen file in the scen folder.

[nitpick]huh, I think you only have a 3.125% chance of 5 generals spawning :p

To clarify, each leader has a 50% chance of actually being generated, so you might get 5 generals at L5, or you might get none, but you'll usually get 2 or 3[/nitpick]
