Yep, England obviosly claimed all of NA to herself. She made a pact with Spain that they would protect eachother there if they got dowed, France was lucky to find two uncolonised provinces at the coast near Florida. It was obvious that Spain and England have done everything to stop France to colonise in NA, Spain taken all of Florida area except Creek, England took everything from Canada down to Florida. France-Venice managed to annex creek and colonice two provinces, having both Spain and England as neighbours so close is of course not good.
So it's obvious that English and Spanish greed agreed to split America in two, this did however fail and France managed to expand even more into inland of America. When England attacked France while we was in war vs Spain-Austria it was clear that she wanted to kick out France from America.
First after massive threats England gaved up provinces to Sweden and Denmark, when the French king explained that France was up to ally Sweden-Denmark if that was the only way to prevent English dominance in NA. Suddenly the English king obviously understood that the English greed might cost them alot cause of there greedy expansion in NA and they sold provinces to both Sweden and Denmark.
The French diplomacy was a success...
And the other greedy one, prortugal
They have taken everything importent in Asia/Africa, annexed Zimbabwe taken all the COTs except the Chinese, colonised all of indonesia etc.
This is of course not easy to keep, acting greedy and selfish mostly means that they loose in the end. If it will mean coalitions or several alliances that see the same thing, then Portugal is doomed, as England.
And a Portugese-English alliance won't help them to prevent it, it will only be more obvious. The greedy one protecting eachother
