My god, look at all those provinces! At all those charts and all the stats(with hopefully far more that we haven't seen.) At first I was worried that it was going to suffer the "we really aren't going to add much, just give it a slightly nicer polish" problem, but I see I was completely wrong. I'm simply overjoyed. It's good to see that I will be immersed with stuff to do.
I'm virtually positive the minimap IS the HOI one and is merely a placeholder until they make new art for Victoria. This sort of thing is typical during early game development.
Hmm...on unofficial foums it was discovered that Boden lake is missing in the area where Switzerland, Austria and Germany come together.

Russia will most likely not have very small provinces.
I guess about the same as in HoI maybe some more.
IMO, there should be a possible to drag a box that selects multiple provinces. Get a small menu with all the common upgrades etc the provinces has.
In EU2 terms, you would then be able to drag a box a newly conquered provinces to select them all, and then promote tax collectors in all provinces. Simple and effective!

It is more dificult to drag a box and select provinces, because borders are irregular, but with SHIFT (or CTRL) it will be easier.

Simple, yet effective. Why didn't I think of that?
Yes, but I think even both could be implemented. With the shift thingie, you still have to click every province. If you have a rather large nation, only your provinces would be selected anyway, and fareign provinces ignored. So just zoom out, create a huge box covering your nation, and click any improvements you want, and voila, every province gets it!
