I'd love to see generals killed in battle more often... if there can't be a moddable modifier to the health parameter during battle perhaps it can be managed by event.
Something similar would include the slow decrease of esteem for a man who's ambitious and wants to be in charge of something but is never given a title. That increases chances of leaving the clan, helps the "invite to join" feature and further adds depth to the management of the clan which seems rather static.
Also if someone can mod the game to increase the time frame ( I know this is the little thing Paradox keep to themselves ) That way the mod community can make up for the lazyness of the developers.
