The idea is the following:
An event simulates the discovery of Sierra Leone by Portugal. Just telling the player he has discovered Sierra Leone is not enough: all the sea zones from Portugal to Sierra Leone should be revealed to the player as part of the trip.
1. How is it possible to reveal (discover) a province by way of an event ?
