I start the game in 1.13 and I think before we can disband our units in ennemy's area in a war.
Paradox decide we cannot disband a unit in a war in an ennemy's area. Why not, I am fine with that. If I have 10k mens in a fight, they cannot dispears.

But, if I have a big fight, I lose lot of mens, and I slipe my units in 2 armys, one full and an other totally empty, I should disband the empty army. Anytime, anywhere. Sometimes, I have 5-10 merc empty, and I must paid for them even there is nobody ... -_-

Sorry for poor english.
I dont see any suggestion like mine. Sorry if someone propose before me.

It's to stop exploits like disbanding an army before a battle so you don't lose war-score.

Being able to disband the empty army makes sense though. I imagine they just didn't think of the scenario.

I totaly agree but I remember when you just disbanded smaller stacks that was likely going to lose a battle. If I'm not mistaken you could always merge the empty army with an existing army and then just consolidate army
