Disaster Effect don't vanish when the disaster ends?

Hello all!
I got the Internal Conflics as Byzantium and then I had to choose between 'Gain Autonomy in everywhere' and just 'Focus on the innerpolitical stabilisation' without anything else.
Not I got -5 Diplomatic Reputition and it didn't leave. I am unable to annex a vasall and got big minus ion my reputition. There is no 'until' date visible. Is it a bug? I hope not! Finally defeatet the Ottomans and now I don't want to hear that I have to restart everything! Plz! ;)

Looks like it's supposed to disappear when the disaster ends. If it were when your ruler dies, it'd be a ruler modifier. How long has it been since the disaster ended?
