Disappearing/Deconstructed Districts Bug

Multiplayer game. Only mod is Glavius' MP AI is active.

Upon loading the game and running it to the next month (roughly), the resource districts on multiple worlds completely deconstruct. The generator/mining/agriculture district slots are still there (for the most part), but all the districts constructed are gone.

It also appears that some of the resource districts gained by removing blockers have disappeared as well. This appears to happen on both terraformed and non-terraformed worlds (I've looked into the terraforming bug posts).

Any ideas what might cause this and what fix might exists? We've tried going back a few months in the previous autosaves. Same issue pops up about a month in.
