Disable Carousing?

I am currently playing a Byzantine Empire game, and as the Emperor I currently have somewhere in the region of a thousand vassals total, including those under my exarchs and consuls.

The spam from vassal carousing is RELENTLESS. Every 6 days I get a pop-up asking me to come to a party, and I cannot for the life of me figure out a way to enable blanket declining and disable the pop-up. I even tried opening up the console and killing every single carousing vassal that messaged me, hoping it might curtail the spam, but they're like locusts - they just won't stop.

I can't find a way to disable it in the message settings. Does anyone have any ideas? Perhaps I can delete the relevant code in my config to eliminate the event altogether?

If you don't mind modding:

In CK2/decisions

Go to way of life decisions
ctrl+f "invite_to_party"

At the very bottom, a bit before "duel_decision", there is

    ai_will_do = {
       factor = 1

Set it to 0. Then the AI won't invite anybody.

You can probably mod the AI away from picking carousing but I don't have in mind where it is as of now. You can also add a bit less rough fixes, like only preventing to invite lieges, so your vassals could still invite one another.

If you complete one doesn't it give you a modifier like "Recent corousing" that prevents anyone from inviting you again?

This. Just accept and there will be no invitation the next months.

I also have a lot of these events, but only like 4 invitations per year.

Not to mention that +1 Diplo for "having a great time" which also gives a opinion bump on top of that. Why wouldn't you carouse every chance possible?

Why would you not wanna party? Who cares if the guy who invited you is an ugly inbred dwarf, you still have a good time!
