The ability to influence and coup certain nations, imo, is a little to overpowered.
Look at the Soviet AAR. Finland is diplomaticly convinced to join the USSR, you know..the same people against whom they fought their war of national independence. And Japan coups the Philipense under the American noses, because Americans are that stupid..sure its their biggest colony in the world..but hey...once fascist conspiracies have spoken thats the end of that.
Perhaps these should be toned down a bit ?
