Hi there, despite the huge improvements (which kind of hooked me to the game), I do believe that diplomacy still needs quite a lot of attention.
The AI is being schizophreniac pretty much on each playthrough, offer alliance --> accept --> get an insult by the same nation offering you an alliance --> they break the alliance --> I can still offer an alliance or get an offer --> rinse and repeat.
Is anyone else experiencing such behavior?
I do believe that diplomacy is a core mechanic in pretty much all paradox games, so please, as much as we do appreciate all the improvements, how about fixing some diplomacy mechanics in the next updates?

Have you experienced something weird or "non-consistent" behavior as such?

Yeah - I have the same experience with most allies.

Only time I kept a kingdom happy with me was in my Achaemenid Restoration campaign. Held the Spartokid's to their alliance with me for roughly 120 years. Which was shocking, and the only time I've ever had a long time ally. (I constantly intermarried with them, paid out lavish gifts and befriended their kings)

Despite all of that alliance maintenance, I still got insults from time to time from the Spartokids! Frustrating.
