OK, the game is restarted with king hannibal in command of Italy and Omega124 in command of England. Austria, as no-one is willing to take it, will be run by me. It is a radical decision but it will be valid until Austria ceases to exist or someone decides to take it.

WE ARE NOW AT THE START OF FALL 1904, DIPLOMATIC AND ORDER WRITING PHASE. THE DEADLINE FOR ORDERS IS FRIDAY, 25th OCTOBER, 20:00 GMT (22:00 CEST).
I assume that means you won't open any move orders until deadline, in which case, anyone who is uncomfortable with this arrangement, add a tracker to your message, that way you will be able to see when it is read. Personally, I trust Athalcor, but I'm sure somebody will be disgruntled.
Yes, that means that I will not open any PM which subject will indicate that it contains orders. I know that it is quite blunt and unfortunate solution but OTOH there is no one willing to land a sinking boat.
i have been disgruntled with the kaiser and the german nation as a result i will defect and lead austria to glory with its allies.
