Actually, to RP properly you shouldn't change sliders at all... there are events to reflect major changes...
Alas, RL is getting a bit too busy lately.. and while i had good fun in DU, I feel I am unable to continue this game as a permanent player. I might be available as a sub at some time, but for now.. goodbye, and thankyou for a couple good sessions.

Well I dunno what to say about this session. Having 5 active embargo's on Sweden was just mean.
Still Persia lifted their embargo and I was able to get a trade agreement with them, as to the other's alas it would seem my peaceful game did not mean much to them and paying 4k in ducat's to lift the OE embargo. Well that is just extortion when the next player switch can always reapply the damn embargo.
I fear there is alot of greed out there, for now I am in no position to remedy it.

i didn`t put this question up to allies Spain and France, but England depends on Portugal CoTs much and can be embargoed, that hits it`s income rapidly.
Anyway it was nice English move from Australia (or North America ?) to revolted China, unfortunately Portugal 10K manpower wouldn`t allow to start battle there before.

Well, Austria is certainly the most interesting country I played so far. Denmark, Holland and Poland just don't have it. Holland and Poland can be very interesting, of course, but I never passed the build-up stage.
Anyway, at start of session, Austria was in a very weak position, most forts were minimal and they had no manu's at all. I've had to sell two provinces to get the necessary fundings to start my fortress program.
After a few years Austria was ready to enter the scene confident, with no minimal forts anymore and with 4 manufactories. Exactly when I was thinking about a war, Brandenburg violated the peace in the realm, which provided an excellent excuse for Austria to interverne. This was also the first war in DU which actually went quite good so far
(Perhaps this is because I'm finally the bigger one). Having MA through the whol HRE sure helps a lot, many countries provide a save harbour for Austrian troops if necessary.
I did not suffer lag, the hosting was excellent (even with 14 players). I just hope that my neighbours will stay the same, because I have done a lot diplomacy and it would be a pity if I can start all over again.
Can someone update me on the situation elsewhere? I did not gave much attention to the rest of the world.
Oh btw, I noticed that almost everyone wants a RM with you when you start a war, watching the show?

Red, there is something wrong with the way the randomnes is going - I'm playing Spain AGAIN, after playing Russia AGAIN. I've only played 3 countries (Spain, Russia & Portugal) all game - I really would like a bit more variety....

He didn't reveal any troops movement to me at least - but I can't say if he helped out OE in any way...
But it's nice that most of my neighbors stay the same. I can ask devil if he wants to play Portugal or Russia (seems it'll be one of those 2 that will be needed) next time.
i made RM with Brandernburg also, and then i was too busy by two blue-eyed blondes to tell anything about pathetic troops

Anyway if someone has an idea for better random system I'm all ears.
But bear in mind we have played now 130 years, 3 nations in that is about average maybe.
Some get more some even less.
I'm sure you'll get still other nations
and I assure you anyway its been totally random.
I also hope devil could play agian maybe.
