If it is sensitive to single turn errors or variations, then I suspect the overall course of the game is random. If not, then it may have emerged out of which personalities were placed next to each other, which would allow for decent predictions in future games.

Oh thank god!!! My WW has been ruined by the death of the seer and the priest in the first 3 days so I needed some good news in diplomacy. Distraught is an understatement as to how I felt to wake up and find out that the priest had been lynched AND we hadnt got our builds from the previous round.
