A peace option to give another existing nation its cores a la Free People from Victoria II.

This would have come in handy in my most recent game where the Ottomans drove into Poland. Me and Poland later went right at the Ottomans but I did most of the heavy lifting. Now I know I could either use rebels or just let Poland take their cores but that is no guarantee they will even ask for them. Also it is a pain in the ass to fight a war vs an enemy like Ottoman Empire that can field more troops than the Emperor and is just as advanced normally let alone trying to let the AI take its cores.

I would like the ability to "hire" a country to go to war for you, all provinces they besiege become controlled by you, they can't peace out until the war is over or the contract expires, in which case they are immediately removed from the war with no truces or peace deals.

I really would like to see diplomacy take on a give-and-take aspect. I want someone winning a war to be able to trade one province for a more valuable one, or give away a little cash to augment your warscore so that you can actually afford the warscore to take a province. Essentially make the diplomacy process a bit more like Total War in that both sides diplomacy options are highlighted and selectable.

This is a great idea. It's how it was done in real life too. Nothing more fun than partitioning Poland. Or how Canada ended up British.

While good in theory, this type of peace system doesn't really work very well with EU3's mechanics. Chances are that this would result in very gamey situations. You, as England, might be able to go to war with France, win enough battles to get a very mild peace, and then you can sell them 2 provinces in Norway and 1K ducats and in return you get half of their provinces. I believe Vicky had something like IIRC and the result was broken because the AI really can't understand context based transactions.
