I have encountered the following problems when conducting diplomacy
1. The computer will not acknowledge any request to trade discoveries yet a diplomat will be subtracted. It appears to be broken.
2. Occasionally I have been able to conduct two diplomatic actions in the same month with only one diplomat.
3. Casus Belli is never granted when independence is guaranteed nor when a warning is sent.
4. The computer never chooses to become vassals, regardless of circumstance.
