I started a Rome campaign in 2.0 with the Italian congress and now plan to go to war. I tried to declare war on Etruria, yet I keep getting a notification on the break ceasefire penalty. I do NOT have a ceasfire with Etruria, only one of my new post-congres subjects (Sabinia) does. I cannot unselect Sabinia from the "declare war" roster as they are a subject.
I closed the game and reloaded, trying to go to war on Samnium. None of my subjects will go to war with me because they are "disloyal", even if I have +100 relationships with all of them. Furthermore, even though Sabinia would NOT join my war on Etruria now, I still get the ceasefire penalty notification.
Are these bugs? Is anyone else getting weird situations linked with diplomacy?
