New portraits would fit into multiple existing categories (Avian, Reptilian, Aquatic, Necroid, Toxoid)
New interactions with Titanic Life and would enable the player to re-animate fossils (either through necromancy or genetics) for new armies & a few huge pops.
Another Earth alternate storyline from a dimension where the asteroid event changed, now we have dimensional invaders (either dinos or humans as invaders, happens on new Dino Sol and original Human Earth).
Shipset with dino theme would be cool, plus give us some alternate attachment arrangements for existing ships -- like the "petal" flaps on Plantoid ships could be arranged in a line like a stegosaurus
(... honestly I just want a bunch of awesome dinosaur portraits.)
