This is a detailed story based on my favorite playthrough. Of course, it is not all exact for story purposes. If you like it, comment one of your own stories or any questions about the lore and i will happily answer.

The day is clear, ahead are the few white clouds that are making their way across the bright blue sky. A warm breeze dances through the branches of the strong lumbering trees, surrounded by an ocean of dancing green grass.

Alone stands a tall oak, towering over the wide open field. Birds flying between its branches, singing their bueatiful songs. In its shadow, the silhouette of a man leans against the tree staring peacefully onto the horizon.

His face at first is joyful, and happy. But suddenly the unrelenting surge of fear and dread become the only emotions visible behind the storm of rolling tears on his face. The sky, turns a bright red as a single ship covered in biomass and engulfed in thick orange flames spirals downwards through the air, leaving a streak of rolling black smoke.

As he watches, motionless, the trees shrivel up, their branches cracking and twisting. The once songful birds drop from the branches, dead. And the tall oak lumbers and wains as its life is slowly drained away.

The only sound heard besides the roaring of the hurtling ship are the strong sounds of running footsteps against the shriveled grass.

"No! Please, no!" He shouts in panic as the bueatiful world around him dies.

A distance in front of him, the ship crashes against the ground. Throwing dirt and rock as it grinds its way through the fields, leaving flaming debris in its wake.

The man skids to a stop, and watches paralyzed as the infected ship's diseased swarms start devouring the world.

"This is impossible!"

He lunges upward from his bed, immediately running his hands around his body as the relief of waking up calms him.

"Mr. President, the Galactic Community is hosting an emergency meeting" A figure states from the doorway to his quarters.

Chapter 1: A Surprise Visit

The Sovereign Systems Alliance presidential ship glides through the cold plain of space. The unrelenting beam of light from the solar system's host star reflecting off of the bridge, and the bueatiful sight of hundreds of stars filling the limitless space behind it.

"What is our ETA, captain?" The President says, standing near the main door to the bridge, watching as the ship's personnel control and enact the dailey tasks of operating it and the countless screens they use to do it.

"We are one jump away from the Galactic Assembly's host system, sir."
The captain replies, the medals on his chest glistening on his uniform.

The door to the bridge opens, and the President's foreign advisor walks in escorted by his personal guard.

"Mr. President, the situation between the Omnicron Consensus and the Ul-Ter Hierarchy has reached dangerous levels" the advisor states, firmly. "The Assembly leader also wants to speak with you through the hologram, Mr. President, please come with me to the debriefing room"

The President nods his head, looks towards the captain and excuses himself. Walking out of the bridge, the advisor, president and their escorts travel towards the debriefing room. Passing office after office of government officials attending the Assembly.

They reach the debriefing room, and the advisor places his hand on the security screen. The screen turns green and the thick metal doors fold inside the heavy-duty walls. Inside, a large round table with a map of the entire known galaxy in the middle. Standing, are the nation's top generals and advisors, looking towards the president with respect and awaiting his arrival.

The Advisor walks in, and the President follows before taking a seat at his chair.

The galaxy map zooms onto the borders of the Omnicron Consensus and Ul-Ter Hierarchy.

"For months now, the Omnicrons and Ul-Ter have been at eachothers throats due to plummeting relations. The Omnicron Consensus is the only synthetic race in the galaxy, and they are also the most powerful nation besides the fallen 3." The Advisor speaks loudly so that everybody can hear, slowly walking around the large table as he gives his speech.

"The Ul-Ter are great allies of ours, as you all know. However, they nor any of us can afford a war with the Omnicronians. Besides how powerful they are, they have been extremely peaceful and co-operative with organics since we first discovered them a few hundred years ago." He says. "The galaxy doesnt need a machine war like the Cybrex Genocide, which is what the Ul-Ter will start if we do not intervene"

The Military advisor stands, nodding his head towards the Foreign advisor.

"With all due respect, we should take this opportunity to take advantage of the situation and launch an invasion of the Omnicron Consensus before they get too powerful. Synthetics simply can't be trusted, they feel no emotion and have no morals. It is inevitable, sir, that they will exterminate us and our families with no remorse, we cannot let that happen!"

"Sit down!" The President slams his fist upon the table. "And keep your synthetic hatred to yourself, this isnt the first time in which you've announced your stance on the Omnicrons. You seem to have forgotten who it was that helped us against the Khans crusade in 2457 all those years ago, and it wasnt the Assembly." He slowly stands up.

"The Consensus sacrificed their entire fleet for us." He says firmly, staring at the military advisor. "We will not turn our back on th-"

"Sir, the assembly leader is hailing us" A crew member stands up and states.

"Put him on" the president says, sitting back down calmly.

The galaxy map disappears, and a hologram of the Anathurian leader takes its place, a turtle-like species who host the galactic assembly.

"Ah, Mr. President." He says, "I'm sure your advisor has debriefed you on the situation. We need you there, you're the leader of the only species the Omnicrons trust. And now is not a time for machine and organic to meet swords."

The President nods. "But what of my place in the galactic meeting?"

"Send your advisor in your place, and stop this war before it begins. The Omnicrons will become important, very important. Please, hurry, the Ul-Ter are making moves to assault the Omnicron border systems as we speak"

"I will Mr. Durbaxa" The president replies.

"May the Gods be with you" Durbaxa says in farewell before the hologram disappears.

"Captain" The president says.

"Yes Mr. President?" The captain replies over the speakers connected to the bridge.

The advisors look around at eachother, the Military Advisor stares at the galaxy map before looking at the President with hate.

"Route us for the Omnicron capital system, Terminus." The president says, staring back.

"Yes sir"
