Difficulty edits not taking effect

Hi folks,

I'm likely not doing something obvious but I'm a amateur when it comes to changing anything about games so need a bit of help. In the db/difficulty excel file when I change the values to make the game harder and easier, no matter what I do when I restart the game nothing has changed at all. Anyone know what could be up?

Are you sure you're editing the correct file? Usually each mod/version of the game has its own file.

Ah I see now. It should have been the "Darkest Hour Full" difficulty file I was editing, thank you!
