My idea is simple but i think that would surely add accuracy and also be more balanced.My idea is that for britannia hispania and francia must with some way simulate tha you defy the will of the church and you are imposing that you are the true emperor,my solution is simple,conquer rome! To create any of this empires you must declare war to the pope and conquer the city of emperors.As for scandinavia and russia its a different thing, i think that to be created the byzantine empire for Russia and the Holy Roman Empire for Scandinavia must be destroyed to claim themselves heirs to those empires.
Now ive tried to add these reqs but didnt work at the end.If anyone can help i would be gratefull cause i want the new empires but right now are totally ahistorical and unbalanced. Also i dont want to change the game in any other way. Any help would be grateful!

...ive not put the landed_titles.txt in the common folder of my mod! Im going to test it this afternoon.
