Suggestion:
As heretic/heathen tolerance rises, the text colors used in the province window changes to reflect this. For example, when tolerance is above zero*, the text becomes yellow (same as different cultures from your group) and when you reach +3 in tolerance, the text becomes green (same as accepted cultures).
*(Or maybe +1 is better?)
Resoning:
When foreign cultures become accepted, their text color in the province window changes to green. However, when playing as a nation with high tolerance, you might reach a point were heretics/heathens are as tolerated as your main faith, and there are few reasons to send missonaries. Despite this, you are still shown red text in the province window, suggesting that this is problem that needs your attention.
