Suggestion:
As heretic/heathen tolerance rises, the text colors used in the province window changes to reflect this. For example, when tolerance is above zero*, the text becomes yellow (same as different cultures from your group) and when you reach +3 in tolerance, the text becomes green (same as accepted cultures).

*(Or maybe +1 is better?)

Resoning:
When foreign cultures become accepted, their text color in the province window changes to green. However, when playing as a nation with high tolerance, you might reach a point were heretics/heathens are as tolerated as your main faith, and there are few reasons to send missonaries. Despite this, you are still shown red text in the province window, suggesting that this is problem that needs your attention.

I'd say Green when it gives as much religious unity as true faith. Yellow when it is between this and zero and red for below zero.

It might be a bit more work but it would give more useful gameplay information.
It bothers me that sometimes you would be "stuck" at yellow, since True Faith tolerances has a higher cap, but maybe that should be considered right and proper.
