Differences in War Reparations Budget/Actual

I've been getting war reparations from two separate states for a few months, and each month the predicted amount (here it's 0.73) is about three times the actual amount (0.25), meaning I'm predicted to run a much bigger surplus than I actually do:

Anyone else getting the same or is it just me?

In addition to that, I've just noticed that the value for the previous monthly balance is only accurate if you exclude the reparations.

Thank God I'm not the only one who's noticed / encountered this... I hadn't put it in the bugs report forum on the off-chance that I was straight-up crazy. Have you posted there?

Yeah, I thought the same, and was confused that no one else had said anything. Glad it's not just me! I've just posted the bug report now.
