Aren't you according to the top alert in two wars? Check if two wars summary casualties is closer to the battle log.

The theater list details all losses within the past 12 months that anything in the theater experiences. The specific war casualties screen lists casualties you have suffered only fighting enemies in that particular war. You have two wars, and it's 1941. Even if you added your casualties from both wars together, if the war has gone on over a year, the theater screen still won't match up/

Hmm... You are right. But this is strange. I`m Canada, and all my troops are at the first war against the USA. The other war is in Europe, and I didn`t send any soldier there. European enemies didn`t send their troops to North America either. So why casualties are divided between two wars?

The war with America started two month ago

This is a Paradox game - are you surprised by a paradox? To resolve the paradox, imagine that is an official state secret and the other is the one they print in the newspapers - do not ask after our uncounted dead. Very realistic explanation indeed.

Game experience has shown that losses that might be considered combat losses (such as manpower in units lost in overruns, for a hard-to-miss example) have been omitted from the war contribution screen total. Maybe the fix is in on that detail.

In any event, if both your screens state the loss from the same events, obviously it still does not work in a non-paradoxical manner and you have to use each number for what it is worth.

It is cleaner to get war contribution by strat bombing and occupation anyway.
