At least where I am in the US, not sure if there's any kind of staged release with DLC like this but I doubt it. Downloading now, and preparing to enjoy conquering Europe all over again.

i guess missing registry entries. reinstall hoi3 and start it once before you try to install the DLC. if it does not help you might have a problem...
which distributor are you using? i know impulse made some trouble installing a non impulse version of semper fi.

I've had that problem with patches too. You need to install the game, so it's properly registered in the registry database or something. If you move it to another folder or something like that it gets screwed up.
