Edit: I checked my mail, and it said "The remaining gifts of glorious DLCs will show up on launch day". That was from the "Claim your remaining Call to Arms rewards" mail I got a while ago. The rewards I got in the mail were all PDFs, so I guess the DLC will be handed out later today
