I hate the freezing AI

Last patch I remember my potato reached 9-25 fps after I turned off the water effects. Now I don`t seem to reach 20 anymore. Alongside that the game constantly tells me my graphics card doesn`t have 521 mb. How is it even possible to change nothing but a spell error and decrease optimization with it?

The system requirements are the same but the warning is new. There also seems to be a bug where the game uses the integrated graphics card instead of the dedicated one.
What GPU/graphic card are you using?
