I preordered EU4 the digital deluxe version about a month ago, but I did not receive the ck2 converter DLC. I did receive the free copy of CK2 and EU4 linked DLCs, but nothing for CK2.
It's not listed in steam's DLC list for CK2, and it's not appearing after verifying the game cache. In game it's completely grayed out, and the DLC file (dlc030.zip) isn't in the folder. It's quite upsetting - as a general principle I never perorder, but broke that rule for PDS. I want what I paid for
What do I need to do to get my DLC?

Edit: For those who also have this problem, it was resolved by resetting steam.
