He was hinting... "if we ever... Rome 2"... but, at least, he was saying Rome 2... so he did say it, right? ;-)

I would really love to see Rome 2 as a mix of CK II and EU Series! That would be great to play your family but also the whole country when your faction gets dominant position.

Thing is with EU:Rome I enjoy playing the nation, not the family. Best would be if you clearly would be playing the advisor to whoever rules which meant that they would not always follow your advice and you would be left to clean the mess if the rulers takes decisions against your advice.

In EU:Rome I think the ambition system made for characters were good but could be developed even further. It's these ambitions that should set the limits what you as a player can do with the nation.
