Danish AAR

For the third session running, the Russian hordes attempt to trample Denmark, and despite the massive numbers of Russian leaders they are once again soundly beaten.

The King of Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and numerous other territories too numerous to list, grows tired of this constant aggression by the feeble Russian armies and their continual breaches of the rules of war.

The King of Denmark graciously offers to accept the return of two of his Finnish provinces in return for a NAP between Russia and Denmark. Further he will use his good offices to plead for clemency for Chuck Norris when he is hauled before the war crimes tribunal for using pirates to attempt to block the landing of Danish marines and save a feeble Russian army from a well deserved trouncing. That the attempt failed was due to the skill of the Danish fleet. While it is normal to shoot an admiral who flees from pirates, a strategic withdrawal into port to offload the marines was a valid counter to the dispicable war crimes of Chuck Norris.

If peace is not reached, then Chuck Norris will be pursued with the full vigour permitted by law (+1 inflation for blatant pirate abuse and whatever penalties are suitable for those devious manipulations of lag that are confirmed by the observations of the host).

Austrian AAR

Great Northern War. Wounds from Great War as instruments have again rustled had not time to begin to live. Austria reached the diplomatic agreement on division of the inheritance of Hungary between three great states empire, Lithuania and Venice. Hungary as a result of several wars almost was completely destroyed. At last the imperial grounds have begun growth up and brotherly Slovak and Hungarian people began to live under the control of empire. From too time in the north of Europe was begun with Northern war. The Russian tyranny has directed hordes of the bandits on the Danish state. War was conducted in territory of Scandinavia. Austria as could helped the Danish king and at last has made the decision to enter war. Imperial forces were sent in Sweden and Norwegian and more than once and not two destroyed armies Russian. War was conducted basically due to capture and осад enemy fortresses. Forces Russian as waves were rolled on unfortunate Scandinavia. Imperial armies beat off all that it was possible. War in the meantime has moved and to Germany. Toward the end the decision on very risky attack was accepted. The best imperial commander and the best army attacked Danzig and Russian Baltic. The enemy was shocked and has given Austria Danzig. War in the meantime proceeded.

1689-1703 Age of Enlightement, really?

European Nations settled a Congress in Wien about the lack of power in the kingdom of Hungary and there was an agreed partition, almost finished now. The HRE started a period of crisis in central Europe, but the Emperor can claim the crown of Hungary now. Then the Great Northern Conflict happened between Denmark and Russia: the other Nations declared their position, substantially a neutral one apart from Austria that gained the market center of Danzig.
A great expansion of Chinese Empire happened: some nations in Asia were occupied, vassalized then annexed by a huge army; is it a real danger for the communities of Mongols and Mughals? There are few European colonies in that area, in fact their fleets moved towards North America at first, towards South America now.
The Muslim Empire still resists and slowly grows, looking at muslim provs in south Africa (apart from Ethiopia), but the unification of all Africa under one flag still seems a dream.

Lithuanian AAR 1689 - 1703

Absence of leadership on Hungary throne, aristocracy stealing all gods -That's how situation looks like on our west border. Partition was necessary, together with Venice and Austria we preapered plans of invasion and spliting hungarian lands. Soon after agreement, Austria and Venice attacked them, they crashed almost all of their armies, then Lithuanian army was send to take back Ruthenia, Bujak and Moldovia. We were fighting and sieging almost 3 long years, finally we signed peace on our terms.
In economy we concentrate on paying tribute to Russia and Austria for our last Land Agreements, all money was sended. All year messengers were traveling long distances with chests full of golden coins. All debt was payed, so we started converting Catholic Land's into Orthodox, Polish peoples are strong in faith so till 1703 our missionars haven't notice any succes.

On 1 January 1700' we declared war against Golden Horde and their allies, to finally destroy this strange Island on our Land's, siegieng of their capital wasn't easy they have strong fortress there, also durning winter we lost a lot of brave soldiers, but we couldn't retreat. Emba and Orsk, fallen down. Soon all Horde was in our possesion, after peace treat only one small, but rich provinces left for them. 1703 had came, and we were still in war with Peace Leader, we crashed all their armies, and took half of their lands, but they are still rejecting our peace offer. For Sure they don't want to give up their richest province with gold mine, but they will have to, other propositions are against Lithuania interests.

The great Northern War.


With our borders somewhat secured, an ally to the south, Russia proceeded in what historians call the most daring invasion up to date. War was declared on Denmark, as payback for the backstab in the Austrian war. The Russians were many, but it seemed that for the first time ever, quality would prove more important than sheer numbers. The Danes had the advantage of a good navy and they launched deadly counterattacks whenever Russian hordes failed to assault a fortress.

With Austrian troops applying the "scorched earth" technique, and lowering spply levels for Russians, the Czar demanded an official stance from the Habsburg Archduke. War was declared, and again Russia found itself attacked from two sides, with Austrian leadership tilting the balance slightly in the alliance's favour. Fighting was brutal, and many soldiers died of cold in the frozen Scandinavian climate or killed in the battlefields of northern Germany. There was no other option: peace had to be concluded with the Austrians, so all the efforts could be focused on the Danes.

Danzig was lost, and the Russian economy took a severe blow. But the Danes were finally retreating. In one bold move, Russians army reached as foar south as the North Sea coast, and took the old Norwegian capital by assault. Now new weapons are developed, and Russian armies are better equiped than the enemies. A brilliant general is on his way, and later on, the mages predicted a great warrior called Suvorov as the final savior of Mother Russia.

Peace is by no means imminent, the Russian war machine is only getting started. The Czar will now cry 'havoc!' and let slip the dogs of war.

The empire puts retaliation. On the agenda there was a utter annihilation of the Hungarian state and finding of new colonies in New Light. The economy experienced new boom. Agreements with France, Venice and Lith about trading privileges and agreements on trade in the colonial and European COT were achieved. During 2 wars Hungary has stopped the existence. All attempts of England to grasp Brittany terminated in failures. War in the states of the third world in Northern America has resulted in capture of Florida. In the meantime Northern war in the north of Europe proceeded. The empire has decided to finish bloody war and by that to return the world and prosperity in polar breadth’s of continent. Marche a throw on Russian Baltic has cast the Russian centralized state into chaos. All Baltic was occupied. The third under the account the Russian emperor has committed suicide. On results of war to Empire Baltic departed. In result early the achieved agreements with king of Denmark - this fruitless stony desert was обменена on a blossoming seaport Bremen. Thus emperor has completely executed all obligations to the brother king of Denmark. Lithuanian Wars (1703 - 1725)

At The Begining was war!
Since few years we are fighting with Khazak Horde, Lithuanian King demanded from his generals new lands, new gold mines and new mines with Iron.
But soldiers wasn't able to defeat enemy as quickly as king imagine. War was hard, every winter we were losing a lot of fighters, but finally in Summer after battle In Karsak they accepted our terms.
5 years of peace were used to build up economy, convert heretic lands and gather armies for next war, war with decentralized Hungary, Hungary was only a small piece of nation which was before. So it couldn't be difficult to get Rumelia and Dobrudja.
War have began, in 2 months we take Capital, in next 2 years we signed peace. That's all about this short episod in our history, Bujak and Rumelia is in our possesion,
but still we need Wallachia to colect all lands from partition agreement. We declared war and soon anexed them.
Our borders are much longer yet, but cost is very high, we lamished our reputation badly.

Great Campaign to the west. For the first time for all history of the Empire did not conduct wars in Europe. Peace work and colonization became destiny of Germans for twenty years. The basic attention was given to a question on the new grounds in the west. Southern and northern America became care of emperor. The success was full. Time behind time the local states were exposed to a robbery and as a minimum already almost two cultures are put under the full control of empire. The basic objects of an attack of steel of the ground of Quebec, Louisiana and the north Brasil. Quebec became satelit. Lousians is tottaly destroied, Brasil has lost its richest provinces.

Danish AAR

Having (at least temporarily) neutralised one Asiatic warmonger, it was time to launch a pre-emptive peace-keeping operation against the other. Complete (almost) mapping of the worlds oceans and shorelines had revealed that the Chinese were in possession of a gold province on the Pacific coast. As it is well-known that gold is a cause of conflict, the Danish peace-keepers decided to remove it from the possession of the Chinese. Unfortunately for the prospect of world peace, they were obliged to accept an offer of the maximum quantity of other provinces and it was deemed that the world would have to manage this risk of conflict for a further 5 years. Elsewhere, the benefits of Christianity and Scandinavian culture were brought to many pagans in the Americas and Danish traders consolidated their holdings on the Amazon river and a few other provinces that had previously escaped the attention of less skilled explorers.

Reconstruction of burnt manufacturies was ordered in the provinces of: Berglagen and Lapland (Weapons), and Hannover (Goods). Others may have been lost but record searches failed to demonstrate it.

China, besides Moghuls and Mongols, started its struggle against european nations losing territories. After many centuries Hungary fell, England and Russia are weak now, while Austria and Spain regained provs: so nations' strength appears like titles in a stock exchange, maybe also alliances and deals will change.
We grew slowly (people of Arabia were just unified under our flag, Ottomans fell), but now every act of expansionism produces an opposition in the hearts of muslims living in south Africa and Persia. Moghuls attacked many times, but at the end their allied people lost provs till their vanishing. Our Sultan saw worried military escalation among nations and moved more expenses to build warships, really fewer than other countries.

Impressionism: 1745-63

The stats can tell us that player in France will be the winner of DHP, even there are 57 years left.
He owns too many CoTs and has monopolies there; with high manpower and high monthly income he can build a huge army or huge fleet immediately. He fought only AI nations recently, absence of contrast after Nagel's quitting, also about occupying north America too. He has a real allied nation in Austria, so anyone must think about a war vs FRA+HAB in the future (maybe France only by money).
Hungary and Netherlands fell, while England and Russia are weak, so the characters on the other side can be Italy and Egypt in a surviving defensive alliance. Denmark could join it now, having interests of revenge about central Europe (north Europe isn't a trouble more for Denmark). Lithuania, Spain and India seem neutral or waiting for the start of Napoleon Era to take a decision.
