More DHE?

You can skip this part:
Something I miss from the EUII is historical events. Some nation got some nice DHE known as the big 8 or tier1 group. Then we have tier2 with a handfull and the rest none. In EUIII you were able to get historical advisers but they weren't tied to nations but to provinces step forward from railroad but keeping flavour the problem was there was ONLY historical advisers or simply free/random.

The idea part

More historical people but tie them to provinces. I guess a lot of history interested people play this game so you can get help.

Historical events tie to regions and/or provinces. Option to build historical buildings gives some modifiers to the province perhaps add a basetax.

I don't want these events/persons to b e game breaking but I love the flavour and learning part.

Since somewhere this game has origins in a table game and in the Swedish history game of Svea Rike. I don't just only want this to be a game I miss some of the history learning part. Some of it is there but I want more. I love when maps gets updated with names and regions that are correct. I know its alt history but why don't learn some real history on the road? :)
