Most probably it will work with Light too as Light changes very few files compared to DH Core, but I haven't really tested it to guarantee that. The simplest way to know is to clone your DH Light folder and install SMEP into it.
It turns out SMEP has critical errors followed by a ctd using both DH core and DH lite.

The crash is because SMEP uses modified db\spy_cost.txt (which is with the old Armageddon format and is incompatible with DH). Just delete that file (or use the one from DH Light instead) and it works.
Aye, that fixed it. No critical errors either. Now all we need is a version compatible with the new map.
