DH:Light How Do You Invade Guam?

THe difference between DH light and normal HoI2 is thye have changed the range on island spacing o you can no longer reach Bermuda for example from The Azores. I have also noticed however that you can no longer reach Guam from any of your naval bases. No big deal I though I'll just build a naval base.

However you can't actually deploy a naval base on any of the islands that matter. I have 5 divisions stuck on some island and I can't pick them up either.

Create a supply convoy to an island. You can't build on an overseas province with no supplies on it. Then build it on the island.

Ok same deal with Midway I do not have the range from any island including putting down naval bases.

I have been doing that, its the transport which only have a range of 3000km. Its something like 8000km from midway to wake island. IIRC I have midway its the island to the left of midway onn the map I cna't get to. I also can't get top the coast of the USA from Hawaii.
