1. AI Paratroopers can move (or rather "teleport" since it's a large distance) to a front several provinces away right after dropping. Screenshot taken with fullcontrol on

3. Steps to reproduce - I don't have clean steps, it just sometimes rarely happens when an AI drops paratroopers and has a front nearby
4. Additional information - Paratroopers aren't logged. Saves - https://mega.nz/folder/ZwIQUJBQ#ctr1_XhC8IvUfjo8ZqYsQg (Already dropped in autosave, but in oldautosave it will only drop if the AI manages to start an invasion of Bordeaux. Oldautosave is a bit before it fires)
