This is a problem which existed in HoI2, and I saw it manifest in DH last night.
When you make a separate peace, some of your units may end up trapped. Obviously, normal behaviour is for them to redeploy to your capital. But provinces in the former enemy country where an ally of yours has troops will remain under your ally's control. If you also have troops there, they do not automatically redeploy. This can lead to them being cut off in a pocket they can't ever escape from, because they can be surrounded by provinces which were enemy but are now neutral.
Shouldn't your troops automatically redeploy not just from provinces now controlled by your former enemy, but from all provinces *owned* by them?
If that isn't possible, would it make sense to have a brief time when the former enemy grants you military access to allow you to redeploy units out of situations like that?
