Well, I think our friend in Twitch might have been confused or I understood it wrongly. Anyway, I managed to grab a screencap from the fraction it stops over Frisia and it says "Frisians (West Germanic)".
From what I understood he was referring to how Ostfriesland had the Germanic religion instead of catholic
I train him well.
With new dev diary, I think we can be fairly confident that Khan Kostas will be tribal king and can raid the lands of the Caliphate so that alone probably makes him an interesting play option. And of course in ToG start we probably have Bey Yoishta of Aral and Pecheneg Manicheans able to do the same thing.

I would assume Khazaria itself is tribal too but you can probably go Feudal with them quite easily.

Annoying... Why are Durch and Frisians in the same group as English? CUlturally they are close to continental Germans. They wouldn't accept an English ruler more then a German Emperor. And the provinces for Frisian are so wrong...
"Every Tuesday" means 2 Tuesdays total. And they called me mad when I suggested a rename to "some Tuesdays".

It's so much easier to remember your children if you name them by things you're emotionally attached to!
Nah both Perm and Ruthenia are gigantic AI Kingdoms that have surrounded me. The game ended with Ruthenia declaring a "Subjugation of Illmen" war. So let's see how it goes.
They kinda formed too fast, don't you think? Two huge kingdoms in 40 years since the game start. Never happen in my games, though.
Also, I propose you rename your kingdom of Ilmen to kingdom of Pelmen, to match Chandika's gastronomic theme
